2016年的考研英语(一)小作文再次考查通知——以图书馆管理员的身份告知所有新入学的国际生图书馆相关事宜。上一次考查通知是在2010年，当年那篇通知难住了很多考生，因为题目要求中含有不少相对较难的单词，这些词给很多基础薄弱的考生带来理解困难。
2016年的这篇难度相对低一些，尽管有些考生不认识librarian，但是看到段末的library也能猜出librarian的意思。同理，即使不认识enrolled，看到newly也大概能猜出newly-enrolled students指的是大学新生。就写作题目而言，了解这些足矣。
题目要求中没有规定具体的通知内容，因此考生在这一点上可以根据常理发挥。换言之，与图书馆日常使用相关的常见事项都算是合理内容：开馆闭馆时间、藏书种类、藏书数量、借书和还书的规定等。当然，考生在通知正文最后可以写诸如“如有其他问题可以通过以下方式联系我们”之类的常用内容。

NOTICEWelcome to our university.
Our library provides all of you with collections of books, magazines, and newspapers, and their electronic versions. The library is open every day from 8:00 to 21:00 except on Sundays (10:00 to 20:00). Undergraduates can check out no more than 10 items at a time; postgraduates no more than 15. No item may be kept longer than two months. To borrow or return books, you need to show your student card. Last but not the least, no one is allowed to smoke or eat within the library.
